My background

  

I work with senior leaders who are capable, committed and performing at a high level, but who are often carrying far more pressure and responsibility than the people around them realise.

My approach has been shaped by nearly 30 years of running my own business, making difficult decisions, navigating uncertainty and learning how to keep going where there really isn't another option.

 

Alongside this, I’ve lived with caring responsibilities, which has given me a very real understanding of what sustained pressure can do to a person's thinking, energy, relationships and resilience over time.

Through business challenges, personal challenges, economic uncertainty and constant change, I've come to realise something important:

You cannot build sustainable leadership performance by simply asking people to push harder.

When leaders stay under pressure for too long without the right support, development or awareness, clarity drops, relationships suffer and decision-making becomes more reactive. 

That understanding now sits at the heart of my coaching and leadership development work.

 

I'm an ICF ACC accredited coach, trained in embodied neuroscience and Multiple Brain Integration Techniques, combining neuroscience, psychology and lived leadership experience. I help leaders gain clarity, stay steady under pressure and lead in a way that is both effective and sustainable.

 

My work focuses on helping leaders:

  • build healthy, high performing team cultures

  • stay calm and clear during pressure and anxiety

  • make better decisions in complex situations

  • keep learning, adapting and growing without burning out

Most of the people I work with are already successful. They don't need fixing. They need space, insight and support to lead well without losing themselves in the process.

This is not leadership theory built in ideal conditions.


It is a practical, human and grounded approach founded in the reality of modern leadership.

I also work with a trusted network of experienced associates across areas including executive leadership, inclusion, burnout, psychometrics and leadership team development. I regularly collaborate with these associates to provide specialist input and broader support where needed.
